Founded in 2006 alongside Natenco GMBH, SITAC has emerged as a pivotal player in India's renewable energy field. We specialize in developing, commissioning, operating, and maintaining utility-scale greenfield projects, showcasing our dedication to sustainable energy practices.

Achieving over 600 MW of wind energy development in India marks a milestone in our journey, further enhanced by a 2015 joint venture with EDF S.A. This partnership, leveraging EDF's global renewable capacity of 12.7 GW in wind and solar, amplifies our project construction, operation, and maintenance capabilities.

Through this alliance, SITAC has launched seven wind energy projects, holding a 50% interest in five and a 39% interest in another, all backed by 25-year Power Purchase Agreements with governmental bodies. Additionally, SITAC and EDF co-manage an Asset Management company overseeing these projects.

Independently, SITAC also manages a 36 MW Wind Project, underscoring our role in fuelling India's transition to green energy.
