Malvinder Singh

Malvinder Singh has over four decades of experience in executing large infrastructure projects with an extensive network of global contacts. He has global experience as a serial entrepreneur having built, purchased, managed and sold several businesses in many countries and is involved in the renewable energy business in India for some 16 years.

Bharat Singh

Having begun his career in investment banking within the leveraged finance team in London, Bharat moved to India and co-founded a food processing business involved in the production and distribution of value-added meat products for the hospitality and retail sectors. In 2017, having placed a management team to operate its food processing business, Bharat returned to the UK to set up a real estate development business aimed at delivering affordably priced housing for first time buyers. The company’s flagship development was an 89 flat residential scheme built in South London.

Shekhar Kanchan

Shekhar Kanchan has professional experience of more than 30 years. He has held leadership position as CEO, CFO and Board member with experience in handling large Hydro, Thermal, Wind and Infrastructure projects. He has also been entrepreneur and has been promoter founder of startups in energy and healthcare sector.

Arjun Singh Puri

Arjun Singh Puri is a qualified lawyer and started his career as a litigator in 2011. He joined SITAC Group in 2014. Over the last 9 years Arjun has dealt with fund raising, project execution and development, operations and divestments for the Group.

Sandeep Gupta

Sandeep Gupta is a veteran energy professional with deep sector expertise in end-to-end Project Management, Operations and Maintenance of Thermal Power projects as well as Renewable Energy projects (Wind & Solar), having held senior management position for the last four decades across India. He is the senior advisor and consultant for the Group’s global energy business interests.

Parveen Ujla

Parveen Ujla is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University in 1975. One of the early employees of the Sitac Group, Parveen has dedicated over 15 years to the renewable energy sector. He is presently a board director with expertise in finance and accounts. He is in charge of preparing annual financial statements, liaising with statutory authorities, and overseeing budget and fund flow statements.

Anju Mahajan Singh

Anju Mahajan Singh is a Postgraduate in Management. She has 25 years of experience working in finance, stock markets and human resources.

Gurmeet Mehra

Gurmeet Mehra is a Graduate in Accountancy and Finance. He has 8 years of experience in Accountancy, Financial Management and Auditing.

Sushmita Kanojia

Sushmita Kanojia is an accomplished Company Secretary and qualified Lawyer. She embarked on her professional journey with Sitac Group in 2021. She is proficient in navigating intricate secretarial and compliance matters and is committed to upholding regulatory excellence and nurturing corporate governance.

Arjun Shah

Arjun Shah is a qualified accountant and has an MBA in management and finance. He started his career in finance in 2012. Joined the Sitac Group in 2015. Over the years he has assisted Mr. Singh in handling various projects for the Group.
